Ann Arbor Animal Hospital offers a Prescription Refill hotline for medications and pet food, serving our clients 24 hours a day. For your convenience, we offer a choice of drive-through or walk-in service.
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am to 7pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 2pm; you can pick up your order at either our drive-through (drive-through not open on Sundays) or at the front counter. Order processing takes 24 hours. Unfortunately, orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Prescription pick-up is available during Emergency Service hours and holidays, however, a $10.00 dispensing fee will be added to the bill due to our staff’s attention on treating critical patients.

Information we require in order to accurately fill a prescription is:
- Your name and the spelling of your name
- Your pet’s name and the spelling of your pet’s name
- Your telephone number
- The name of the prescription medication or prescription pet food you are ordering
- The dosage of medication or desired size and quantity of pet food
