Do you look for challenging ways to be Out and About with your dog? Well now Julia Levitt, “Miss Harmony for Dogs” is offering a class for you and your canine companions. In this course, Julia will guide you and your companion in learning about proper behavior on the leash.
The course is 4 sessions, each one-hour session meets at a different outdoor location around town…the last session meeting at Zingerman’s Deli in Kerrytown so that Miss Manners can award you a special graduation treat!
Please answer these questions to qualify for your “Out and About” Degree:
- • Can you go for a walk with your dog walking at your side on a loose, relaxed leash?
- • Can you walk by another dog without your dog trying to jump on the other dog and pull your arm out of its socket?
- • Can you walk by a squirrel in a calm fashion?
- • Is your dog calm and not barking or trying to chase cars and buses while you walk?
If you have answered “no” to any of the questions above, you and your companion may benefit from Julia Levitt’s “Out and About” certificate. Cost is $80.
