It’s had a good run, but we’re finally retiring our Prescription Hotline.
In September, we added to our website a new Online Refill form for prescription and food refills. Compared to the Prescription Hotline the online form is more conducive to sharing accurate information, faster for our staff to check, and less likely to raise the need for us to call a client for clarification. Pickup at our building when using the online form works the same as it does with the Prescription Hotline.
Effective January 1st, 2022, our Prescription Hotline phone number will be turned off for good and all refill requests will go through our online form. Clients who are having a difficult time with or are unable to use the online form can of course call us for assistance.
We also have an online store if you’d prefer home delivery!
