Does your pet have bad breath? According to the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), “Don’t turn your nose to Fido’s or Fluffy’s bad breath! That odor might signify a serious health risk, with the potential to damage not only your pet’s teeth and gums but its internal organs as well.”

To address the significance of oral health care for pets, the Ann Arbor Animal Hospital (AAAH) and the AVMA support National Pet Dental Health Month in February. Beyond educating our clients, we’re also offering a free “lift-the-lip” dental exam and Free small bag of oral health cat food or Free bag of CET Canine Dental chews with each dental procedure performed during the month.

We’d also like to take this opportunity to educate our clients that not all pet dentals are created equal. At the AAAH we use the latest equipment and techniques to ensure the highest quality pet dental possible.
