We are not able to pre-fill refills for controlled substances, so they must be picked up from our front desk.

Here’s how pickup of controlled substances will work:

1. You’ll be notified that your refill is ready to be picked up
2. Come to our front reception desk (unfortunately we cannot dispense controlled substances via our drive-through)
3. Our customer service representative will enter your driver’s license number and date of birth so we can report to MAPS
4. Your pet’s refill will be filled and brought to you
5. Customer service will complete your checkout

Please note that clients will need to pick up controlled substances within 72 hours (3 days) of being notified.

We know that this may be less convenient for some clients, but we thank you for your understanding!
