Retired officer Czar with officer Robinson’s parents and hospital employee Kristen

Our annual charity event was back on September 3oth, but we want to once again thank everyone involved for helping us raise nearly $6000 for the National K9 Working Dog, Inc. and our Fixed Income Family Fund.

All of the unsold items from the garage sale were donated to the Salvation Army.

Congratulations to Laurie L. who was our 50/50 raffle winner!

There are lots of pictures from the event that you can look at by clicking over to our Flickr page.

And many thanks to everyone for their donations of garage sale items, baked goods and silent auction items, those who brought their dogs to be washed at Groom N Go, all of the monetary donations, to our volunteers for their time, to anyone else we may have forgotten to mention by name, and to all who came out and took part in our event and made it our most successful fundraiser yet! We’re already thinking about what we’ll be doing for next year’s event.

Of course, just because the fundraiser is over that doesn’t mean that the need for donations has passed. For those who still want to give, at any time, you can make a donation either to the National Working Dog, Inc. or to our Fixed Income Family Fund by clicking the preceding links and then clicking the PayPal “Donate” button.

We still have some t-shirts (only size large and extra large are still available) for $20 each which includes shipping; send an e-mail with your shirt size to clientinfo@annarboranimalhospital.com and you will be contacted with payment information. Proceeds still go to NK9 and the Fixed Income Family Fund. Closeup pictures of the design on the shirts can be seen in the images below.
