Taryn Clark, DVM

Dr. Clark graduated from MSU with her DVM in 2000. She has been working at Ann Arbor Animal Hospital since graduation (half of her life!) and has an interest in pain management, chiropractic, Chinese acupuncture & herbs, and palliative/hospice care.

In 2006 Dr. Clark completed a 130-hour acupuncture course in small animals and horses from the Chi Institute in Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine in Florida. In January 2014, she completed a 226-hour chiropractic veterinary program in small animals and equines and earned a certificate in Spinal Manipulative Therapy from the Healing Oasis Wellness Center in Wisconsin. Her goal is to improve the quality of life for her patients.

Though there was no particular event that inspired her to become a veterinarian, she says she “Just knew from a very young age that I was going to be a vet.” She appreciates working at Ann Arbor Animal Hospital because our clients go above and beyond for their pets, which allows her to practice good medicine.

Dr. Clark has a husband, Jeremy; two children, Connor & Teagan; two dogs, Boston and Cash; and three cats, Leia, River and White Cat. In her free time, Dr. Clark enjoys traveling, swimming & boating, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family.
