With the launch of Shepherd, our new practice management software, all of our clients will have a new pet portal and the old one will no longer be available.

The new pet portal can be reached here: https://petportal.vet/ann-arbor-animal-hospital/login

Open the link, enter your info in the boxes (email address & phone number on file with us, plus your first and last name) and you’ll be taken to your own private pet portal where you can do things like:

• Check vaccine status & reminders for ALL pets on your account
• Request prescription refills
• Request appointments and see appointment reminders
• See your pet’s medical history

If you are having trouble logging in to your pet portal, please call us at 734-662-4474. Access to your pet portal is based on the information we have on file for you, so we can double check and update any information in your client record.
