Meet Amanda, a Licensed Veterinary Technician who has been a dedicated member of the Ann Arbor Animal Hospital team for the past four years! Amanda’s passion for animals and her commitment to exceptional care shine through in everything she does.

“There are so many things I love about veterinary medicine,” Amanda says. “I love getting the opportunity to help pets and their pet parents. Whether it’s nursing our critical care patients or providing routine care and support, every day is different, and there’s always the opportunity to learn and grow in this field. No matter the challenge or circumstance, I love my job and the difference I can make in the lives of our patients and their owners.”

Amanda’s love for animals extends beyond the hospital. At home, she cares for her eight-year-old feline companion, Sir Waffle Iron. When she’s not providing top-notch care to our furry friends, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family–husband Chris and sons Henry and Fynn. They love to bake together, and Amanda also finds joy in staying fit and challenging herself with new workouts and reaching personal strength goals.
